Harry’s Plus Flow
Context: Harry’s launched its premium razor collection, Harry’s Plus, in addition to the standard razor product (Harry’s Original).
The Problem: User feedback revealed confusion between Harry’s Original and Plus. Shoppers weren’t sure which product best fit their needs, and subscription details weren’t consistently clear.
Our Solution: Created a clear comparison chart on all e-comm pages to highlight product differences. Refined subscription flow content for both Harry’s Original and Plus to reduce friction and improve transparency.
The Process:
Sampled coworkers to test early comparison concepts
Conducted user testing, iterating based on clarity feedback
Partnered with Product, Legal, and Industrial Design to refine product claims and ensure compliance
Ideated and tested content design updates to streamline the subscription journey
My Role:
Wrote and refined comparison chart language
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to align on claims
Assisted in user testing and incorporated findings into copy solutions

Co-worker testing revealed both the layout and content design were not clear enough
Early Versions
Our Solution
Streamlined product descriptions and gallery flow based on earlier user testing

User Testing
User testing indicated users didn’t grasp the key differences in Harry’s Original Razors and Harry’s Plus
Users struggled to understand which razors were compatible with what handle (Harry’s + razors only fit Harry’s + handles)
Old comparison chart was clunky and contained complicated terms that were unhelpful
Streamlined product features
Utilized a checkmark comparison feature
Highlighted Harry’s Plus razor compatability
